Welcome to our refreshing getaway on the Payette River in beautiful Garden Valley only 1 hr from Boise! Our new, tastefully furnished cabin is an ideal couple's retreat, girls'/guys' weekend or family getaway from the city. Explore the area or stay in and watch the snow fall, cozied up by the fire with some coffee and a good book! Elk and deer visit regularly Great access to several hot springs and world class rafting A scenic nature trail along the river and 9 private stocked ponds to fish!
Good to know
Completed in 2022, this modern 3 BR/2 BA cabin has a split master floor plan with a large open common area and all the amenities to relax and make lifelong memories. Highlights include the wood burning stove set into a custom river rock and stone fireplace, an 8' long live edge white oak dining table handmade by your host, tongue and groove pine natural finish ceilings, and stunning images of the surrounding landscape by local photographers. We could go on, but you get the idea! Our dream is that your stay at Hope House will be refreshing, encouraging and inspiring! Custom shades for privacy and room darkening have been added to the bedroom windows since these pictures were taken. Please note, other homes are being built around us since the original photos of the area were taken. We have added outdoor dining and a fire pit to the back patio!
Other Details to Note
There is a wonderful 2-mile nature trail along the river for guest use! We also have basic fishing equipment available for use during your stay. There is a permit at the cabin for our guests. Custom shades for privacy and room darkening have been added to the bedroom windows since these pictures were taken. Please note, other homes are being built around us since the original photos of the area were taken. Families with children are welcome. Please limit food and drink to the kitchen and dining rooms to prevent stains and avoid property damage claims. We have added a gas fire pit on the back porch since listing for your enjoyment. Due to previous damages, we do not rent to construction crews any longer.

Neighborhood
South Fork Landing is a developing residential community along the Payette River in Garden Valley. There is an eco-conscious plan to preserve the habitats of local wildlife, practice organic horticulture and provide ample open space for expansive views and accessible recreation. The cabin is accessible year-round. The final 1/2 mile is currently unpaved but plowed in the winter. 4x4 or AWD with snow tires or chains is recommended during winter weather in this area of the mountains. Common wildlife sightings: Elk, white-tailed deer, bald eagles, hawks, ospreys, beavers, rabbits, various song birds, bass and trout!

You will have access to the entire home. This includes the laundry room, pantry, and garage. Access is made easy with your own personalized access code for your stay.
